Not at all! I work with complete beginners all the way to advanced lifters. If you're new, I'll teach you proper form, gym etiquette, and build your confidence from day one. Everyone starts somewhere.
I'll need to know your goals (weight loss, muscle building, etc.), current fitness level, any injuries or limitations, your schedule, and access to equipment (gym membership or home setup). The more I know, the better I can tailor your program.
It depends on your goals and schedule. Most clients train 4-5 days per week, but I can create effective programs for as little as 3 days or as many as 6. Consistency matters more than frequency—we'll find what works for your lifestyle.
My coaching is primarily online, which allows me to work with clients worldwide. Online coaching includes weekly check-ins, form reviews via video, direct messaging, and program adjustments. This format actually provides MORE accountability than traditional in-person training.
Most clients start noticing changes within 2-4 weeks, with significant visible results around the 8-12 week mark. However, this depends on your starting point, consistency, and adherence to the program. Remember: this is a marathon, not a sprint.
Let me know about any injuries or limitations upfront. I can modify exercises and create a program that works around your issues while still helping you progress. Always consult with a doctor for serious injuries before starting any program.
Yes! I provide customized macro targets, meal timing recommendations, sample meal plans, and recipe ideas. I don't believe in restrictive diets—we focus on sustainable eating habits that you can maintain long-term.
Absolutely not. I believe in flexible dieting that fits your lifestyle. You'll learn how to eat the foods you enjoy while still hitting your goals. No chicken and broccoli every day unless that's what you want!
Yes! I'll teach you how to make smart choices when eating out and how to fit social events into your plan. Balance is key—you shouldn't have to sacrifice your social life to get in shape.

I recommend a minimum of 3 months to see meaningful results, but I offer both month-to-month and longer-term packages. Real transformation takes time, and I want clients who are committed to the process.
Life happens. If you need to pause or cancel, just give me notice. I'm flexible and understanding—just communicate with me. My goal is to help you succeed, not trap you in a contract.
